Need help trying to figure out how to go about finding the problem for my wipers. Car sat out a few days in the freezing snow and now my wipers don't work. Went to the auto part store and my fuse was blown. Put another fuse in and it blew. I now have a 30 in it instead of a 25 because i didn't have anymore 25's. My wipers still don't work. I read my owners manual and I switched around circuit breakers and no luck. The only other thing that I can think to do is put another motor in it. But I feel like I will be wasting my money doing this at this time because I think I need to find out what is shorting out my fuses. Can someone please give me advise. I have many other issues with this lemon.
