Looking for a new transmission for my 2002 gtp what other vehicles transmission fits? Just a shop tell me only gtps and regals have a tranny that fits for that year.

you need a hd tranny from a sc car, regal gs and gtp are the same, i think theres some case differences for bonnies or park aves.

but the years can be 98-03 as long as you swap the pnp switch. your cars is internal, older cars are external.
