Transmission temp and other questions

Just purchased 2006 GXP
1. transmission temperture is running about 223...is this OK
2. when starting off from a stop, even at a slow speed the rear end seems to drop into a small hole...?
3. light and sometimes loud grinding noise when backing up and turning the wheels...?
 


How many miles are on it. The tranny's run hot. If it has over 30-40,000 mile u could try a tranny flush. It could drop temps by a few degree's, however its still gonna run warmer than normal auto trans.
