Transmission... Somethings Wrong when its Hot.

Ok so over the past few years my car has always chugged when going up a steep incline on the Highway..If I hit the gas it stops... If i am at a stop sign and I hit the gas from a stop it shutters like it is wheel hopping... Now after about 30 minutes of driving my car likes to shift really hard..dropping 1000-1500 RMPs between shifts. It will also shift to soon and dog like i shifted from 2nd to 3rd before i gained any rpms. If i shut my car off it seems to reset after a few minutes and is fine for a little while... What the hell is going on???:confused:
 


It's limping, gimping and prepping to give up. What kinda mileage on this trans?

Mines doing the same. It's cool ain't it? Sloppy shifts, early shifts.. etc. I gotta get off my butt and assemble the trans.
 
Well its only got 187,000 miles on it... I guess I can expect it to die some time.. Not sure if it is worth fixing.. Starting to nickle and dime me to death..
