Will the Pressure Control Solenoid Bosch sensor for the 03-up transmissions work in the 99 to replace the Holley sensor?

No, 03+ uses a different design. They are not interchangeable according to the ATSG update manual.
 
I believe it will physically fit BUT will not work correctly so dont try it. The spring behind the valve is different and the pcm tables are different and not worth the hassel. I have been using Borg Warner PCS for the 97-02s since they came out a few years back and have never had one fail so I would suggest going that route.
