Transmission programming update?

I took my GXP in for service at the dealership and while it was there I was told that a update was avaliable for the transmission programming and they did the update. So my question is what was the update for? I haven't noticed any difference in how it drives or shift points or anything like that. Has anyone else recived this update?

I couldnt find anything on alldata about it, but if anything its was just a small tweek for some part of the computer for the transmission.

Yeah, you'd need a dealer or GM Customer Service to see the latest bulletins on the car. Most likely it was a small thing that we wouldn't typically notice. Yet it fixed an issue on a group of cars that experienced the issue so it became a bulletin and gets updated when you go in for service.
