I have a 1994 Grand Prix with a 3.4 with 98k on it. The car starts, shifts and drives most of the time with no problems. What happens is the car will not go into gear. I have to keep moving shifter back and forth thru the gears and then it seems to catch, sometimes in reverse, sometimes in drive. This can happen in 5 minutes or 45 minutes, but once that happens its good to go, can drive everywhere with no issues, trans shifts fine. But as soon as I put car back into park I have the same problem no matter if its 1st thing in morning or after its warmed up. A friend mentioned to me about the parking prawl? Starting to pull console apart... Any help would be appreciated
