whenever ever I got from park to drive it clunk or park to reverse clunk or reverse to drive clunk or drive to reverse clunk...lol
its not a hard clunk its just noticeable and never used to do this, transmission works fine in every other aspect
im guessing transmission mounts? car has 136 000 kilometres now

lower mounts i bet. pop the hood, then shift it in and out of gear while watching the engine, it should only move maybe 2 inches each way. if more the lowers are bad.

flipping the dog bones also makes it tighter.

ok im guessing its them then, my cousin rocked the engine back and forth a month ago and said my mounts were toast. but wasnt clunking then. guessing its getting bad
I flipped the bones years ago... looks like i should go mount shopping.

if they are bad enough the pass side of the engine will shift in the bay. mine made no clunk but boy was the engine sliding back and fourth.

looked like this when it came out lol

off to buy lower mounts then.

should you come across a l67 coil bracket, buy it and put it in your car. they never break.
