trans upgrade opinion

Im new the 4T65E and gtp's all together so i need some opinions on my trans.
Bought a 1997 GTP with no 4th gear and the P0756 shift solenoid B circuit performance code popping up. I assumed that the most likely cause was the 4th clutch shaft just ground itself to pieces and got stuck in the solenoid.
I ordered a bunch of pieces from IntenseRacing to fix the problem and hopefully build a better dependable trans that can handle some power.
this is what i ordered:

TSP-651 INTENSE™ Street/Strip Performance Shift Pak
4CS-289 Heavy Duty Fourth Clutch Shaft 1
PSK-65E 4T65E/-HD Pawl-Style Input and 3rd Sprag Kit
CKO-100 Overdrive Clutch Kit
CK2-100 Improved 2nd Clutch Kit
GMH-PCS 1997 - 2002 Pressure Control Solenoid
GMH-TCCS Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid
GMH-SHS Shift Solenoid
GMH-TFPS Transaxle Fluid Pressure Manifold Switch
BVK-831 Improved Boost Valve and Sleeve Kit
TNST-TBC Coast Band for the 4T65E Transaxle
TNST-TBF Forward Band for the 4T65E Transaxle
TNST-TBR Reverse Band for the 4T65E Transaxle
And the upgraded 3rd gear clutch.

does this seem like a good combo?
and do i really need to worry about getting a torque converter?
the car has 131k on it.

thanks for all your help.

That is a good list of parts you have rounded up. You will also need a gasket-seal kit to complete the rebuild. If the pan is clean and the fluid isnt bad then you are probably ok reusing your existing torque converter. If there is any metal or heavy contamination in the fluid then you should replace it because it collects in the converter and outside of putting it on a flush machine or cutting it open for a rebuild there is no way to clean it out.
