Trans Slips Between shift when in normal

Like the title states when driving with moderate throttle and without performance shift on it slips a little on shifts, but when performance shift is on it shifts perfect.

just curious of any possibilities of what it could be oh and i changed the fluid and filter about 700 miles ago replaced with dex 6. i have 91k on it right now and this seems like it started once i changed my battery it seemed like all shifts in normal felt abnormally soft

Mostly likely the pcm lost its memory on the adaptive shifts when the battery was changed. Theoretically it'll relearn and stop doing the slip. Although what it'll be doing likely is learning that you need increased pressure to engage the clutches.
