Trans problem. Please help!

Today my car has been running really ****ty. I just put it all the way to the floor and my car hit the red zone and felt like it didnt want to shift into second. The engine service soon keeps flashing for atleast a minute. But it does feel really hot but trans is reading 220 and engines reading around 200. Anyone have any idea's?
 


scan it for codes, quit stomping it.. and how many miles on it? ..this could be "limp mode".

Check the trans fluid level?
 
Yeah im going to get it scanned tomorrow or monday. And i always stomp on it and it never has this problem, and 112k
