trans just started shifting hard

i changed the fluid about two weeks ago and its been shifting normal until today and it started shifting hard just driving normal. anyone know whats going on with this car? thanks
 


First things first, check the fluid level. Then, check it again. Then, check it again.

Remember, have the trans warmed up, engine running, in park on a level surface. The fluid should be at the top of the XXXs. Then, check it again.
