I finished installing the 03 trans/motor in my 99. At first I used the 99 pcm, and it seemed to shift a little rough. Now im using the 03 pcm, and it doesn't want to shift out of 1st when I start driving (If i give it more throttle, it will); however, once it has shifted into 2nd, it doesn't give me any more problems.
