trans comes out gear on hard stop

Ok so my first post for a question and its a doozie 2000 GTP with 100k on it......sometimes, not all times and it does it cold hot, night day, whenver randomly. When you come to a hard stop ususally is youre driving below 40 mph, the car feels like it comes out of gear and goes into neutral then bang slams back into gear. If you pull out before it comes to a complete stop is bangs hard, almost like a neutral drop....other than that the car runs great...all gears work fine..car pulls hard under WOT, just this problem....any takers??

fluid level are ok.....it started doing it so i did a fluid/filter changed.....still does it....fliud was clean....still clean and full.
