Trans, and Codes

Here's whats going on. I posted that the tranny felt like it was shifting bad. checked the fluid, was a little low, so added some to get it to appropriate level.
SES light was on, so took it and got it scanned at the auto zone. P0420, P0442, P0404. so with those codes, i know the P0420 is the catalytic conv. needed to be replaced, correct if wrong. not sure about the other two. any help would be appreciated cuz this may not be transmission after all which would be a blessing.
 


thanks, i checked it out, and the the P0420 code, could be y im having the feeling of no power and shifting problems, cuz of the back pressure on the engine with the catalytic converter being clogged
