Tranny slipping ??

I'm looking at a 97 GP GT they say the tranny is starting to slip when they start driving it after it warms up its fine. So is it really the tranny or is it something else? I know the 97s had transmission problems. I'm kind of just starting out on cars so I'm kind of stupid at it lol.

That is what a slip looks like and it will do it all the time and not get better.

It'll do it all of the time if it's the clutches, but not necessarily if it's a seal or pump or something. If it's slipping, I'm not sure what it could be besides the transmission.
