Tranny filter clogged 100% at 139k

I bought this car 9 months ago, and flushed the tranny fluid, but was still getting a wobbling vibration. So a couple nights ago, I ordered in some Amsoil ATF and a new filter.

Popped the tranny filter off and an additional 1/2 gallon came out. The filter must have been original. Nothing unusual about the debris in the pan or on the magnet. Stay away from those quick lube's ATF reclaiming service that does not change the filter, because I would bet this is how it happened.

Next I gotta figure how to get the output shaft bearing R & R'd.
 


Was it a full flush? Read around here a few guys had issues after that. Most people just recomend the filter change and replace whatever fluid you lost and your good to go.
