Traction control turns on when entering and leaving parking spaces

No lights are on my dash, but my traction control engages and makes noise when going extremely slow and trying to maneuver in and out of tight parking spaces (briefly shows up on DIC). No codes, no lights, and works perfectly all other times.

Any suggestions why it does this?

Scan the car with an ABS scantool and see if you're getting an intermittent reading from one of the wheel speed sensors (almost guaranteed to be one of the front ones). Probably a pinched/damaged ABS wire somewhere in the front.

Sounds a wiring issue in its early stages. Let it be and the light might start coming on more frequently. No harm in leaving it; you just won't have ABS or TRAC.

I have checked ABS codes in the past and nothing showed up. No ABS/Traction lights have ever shown up on the gauges, just on the DIC when it occurs. Traction control and ABS still work as normal.... just have the issue during tight turns at slow speeds trying to get in parking spaces.

I think I had this issues years ago, and it went away after I replaced a hub bearing.

I'll keep an eye on it and keep scanning!

so replacing struts help solve ABS/traction control issues?
There must be a magic spell and fairy dust involved.

But if that works, Mach 10 brother
