Touch screen radio

Hi, I have recently purchased my first car (2002 grand prix SE, with a GT body kit). I have been wanting to put in a touchscreen radio that doesn't flip or is motorized. I was wondering if this was at all possible or even realistic. The stock radio doesn't look to be 7 in, which the touch screen radio I want is, so I'm not sure if I should just suck it up and get the motorized touch screen, or could I make some minor changes to the plastic around the radio to make it fit. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Go to eBay get the cheap single din 7 inch screen, I put one in myast gp and I have no complaints about it.
