• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Topswap to track [email protected]

Z34Phoenix

Florida Tuner
I finally got the car to the track. I wanted to compare to the last time i ran the car with just the NA L36, so i had all my tools, spare tire, speakers and all in the car. This all adds up to about 100 lbs or more. Only track prep i did was made sure to have less then 1/4 tank of gas and removed driverside headlight for more air flow to the intake.
Mods for the track pass are as follows:
-Fender Well Intake
-Light ported L67 TB
-Ported GenIII blower with Stock pulley and stock injectors
-Ported lower intake matched to heads
-Home Ported heads with SI valves, viaton seals, and L76 springs, manly retainers, comp locks, stock rockers, iridium plugs.
-Speed Daddy headers mated to my 2.5" magnaflow muffler
-9.4 compression
-4t65e with 3.29's and trans cooler
-245/45-17 tires
-DHP tuned.

Future mods planned:
-Installing the new PLX wide band O2 that is in the mail.
-New tires. Looking at Michelin pilot sport AS3's
-New timing chain and either rockers or a vs cam.
-Possible pulley drop to a 3.6 or 3.5

The car turned out really well. Definitely a sleeper. But man what was that car you were running against.

You know who it was! You were right there. Literally right there in front the entire run. My second run I destroyed a newer Camaro. not sure what happened but he ran a 16.0 to my 13.98

Nice job on the swap, a real barn burner you have there.

Camaro Destroyer. You guys are fast down south.

Some advice, either make some friends, or pay a couple kids to watch your shiz so you can offload that 100 lbs, and run some 12 second passes. Hell, I've told beeotches with 100 lb titteez to GTFO because of the ET reduction.

<br>I got my twelve second pass that night. We are out there to have fun. Its not always about having the fastest cars at the track.

Drag races that take over 1/2 an hour are without recollection, nor noteworthy. Otherwise, I'd post stories of dragging Airstreams down I-10. Proceed with your imminent faggotry; I'm out to get a steak... With a woman, not instead of a woman. :p

Already have headers. Also running 14 degree of timing so no reason to pulley down yet. Next mods will be cam then pulley drop

Keep in mind I am at sea level and see more ATM pressure then most of you guys up north. At 6,000 rpm I see 7.5 psi

thanks for the comments. I had existing issues with my stock O2 sensor... i ummm... pounded on the down pipe with a BFH while the O2 was installed.... not the best idea and not surprised the O2 did not like it. Now that my new wide band is installed and sending a simulated narrow reading, I got the fueling dialed in even closer. I have gotten up to 18* at wot and a much leaner AFR. I think a pulley drop is in my near future
