Top Swap Tune for 04 GT

I need to tune my 04 GT for mu upcoming top swap. I am actually doing an L67 top swap on my L26. Does anyone have any information or advise on a tune? I will only be running the stock pulley and just want something safe, the car is my DD and I don't beat it, unless someone deserves a beating.
 


Get another PCM, and either get it tuned by someone on here. Or, buy an 04 pcm from a vendor... Intense, Overkill, ZZP to name a few.
 
No vendors seem to have the knowledge of how to tune an 04+ with a top swap... This is suprising... The first one that says they can get me a good tune gets my service, but I contacted ZZP and told them what they I was doing, they got so confused they said just get a turbo, it doesn't comfort me that they knew that little about the BARO sensor, BBV, MAP sensor, they couldn't answer any questions for me.
