Top speed WITH GOVERNOR?

On the 06+ monte carlos and impala's the DIC ( mpg,compass, odometer) says "limited to 112 mph" with three chimes. 04+ GP's same body so I figured it would say the same.

I'd hope it goes farther...since you have a PCM with the limter removed in it.
