Im trying to take them out to paint them i took the top long bolt out and the two 13s out on the top as well i tryed to get it out and cant. is there something im missing or whats the easyest way to get them off

Theres just the 4 bolts on top and wiggle it side to side or give a little tap with a deadblow or rubber mallet
took me about 5 min for both sides
