To lq4 or to not lq4 that is the question

Alright I have an 04 comp g that I am collecting parts for, I plan on doing everything at on e and would like to get all the info I need up front. After doing some searching I have read a lot of mixed reviews on if I should run an LQ4 MAF with my setup or just run the stocker, some people have said stock will flow just fine and some say go lq4?

My mod list is as follows

SD headers
phenolic stage 2 intercooler
1.9 roller rockers
180 t-stat
al103's
42.5's if needed (will run stockers till they max out)
i have a 4" intake and k&n waiting to go on
i also plan on running a 3.1 or 3.0 pulley if I can, I have a 3.2 and a 2.9 also but I don't think I can get away with the 2.9
Blower will be ported, all the little supporting mods will be done and all tuned with hptuners for 92 octane

so my question is with this setup should I worry about the lq4 or just leave the stocker? I only wanna build the intake once and only wanna order the couplers for one MAF. And if I do run the lq4 what tables are you using? The ones off ZZP's website close?

Thanks

Below a 3.4 your going to probably starting out flowing the maf so that would be when you would want to upgrade

Not really ported, the inlet side will be cleaned up and polished and just a small cleanup on the outlet. I guess I should just do the LQ4 when the intercooler goes on

Correct, I typically recommend a MAF upgrade at a 3.4 pulley and injectors below a 3.4 pulley, so you'll need both.

I sell a MAF upgrade now on my website, and injectors.

I currently have an lq4 MAF and a full set of 42.5's here at the house, I just didn't know if I should do the MAF and injectors when I do the intercooler. I just a little nervous doing everything all at once then trying to tune it all out with new MAF and injectors and a smaller pulley all at once.

You could always install the maf, tune it, then injectors, tune it, then the IC with smaller pulley. If you have HP Tuners, there's always avenues for getting tuning help, I can offer my services if it's too much to tackle on your own.
