• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Tinted my tails! pics of coarse.

buddy of mine was followin me last night and almost rear ended me like 4 times lol. he says "everytime you hit the brakes it looks like your regular lights are on"........... owell :D

This is the reason I've never tinted my tail lights. Someone I work with had his tails dark tinted and got rear ended. The insurance adjuster denied his claim because of it and he had to pay $3000 out of pocket. He was fortunate that the damages were mainly cosmetic.

Tell him to hired a lawyer..

Its not smart to go dark with the tail lights but they will pay for it. He didnt complain.

Did the Ins Co pay for the other car?

Dude those things are darker than mine, I've been pulled over 3 times for "your lights aren't on" 1-2 coats is plenty imho.

Yeah, please get brighter bulbs...LED's would be a good choice..

It looks great tinted, but it's not worth getting rear-ended over, or worse, getting hurt from an accident. Spend $50 and make em safe.

i was thinkin about gettin the led bulbs from a peps boys or autozone type store but idk if there actually any good or brighter. plus i think there like 40 dollars.

The ones from DiodeDynamics (a sponsor at the top of the forums) are pretty damn bright, I had those in mine, and they were at least 2x as bright.

Expensive, but absolutely worth it, IMO
