They didnt come out as good as I wanted them too, but I will redo them next time im at my girls cousins shop.

well Sh*t lol. no oone knows how to do it. yeah i know how it is. 20million AA batts layng around and there all dead.
 
I know there is a write up somewhere out there on one of the GP forums. I know that you have to split them and somehow get the red inlay out.
 


You can put the tails in the oven at a low temp, don't remember exactly what, for about 15 minutes to soften the glue. Then you gently pry them apart. Then there is a 2 part adhesive to put them back together. Wish I had more on it, but that's all I have. There is a thread on here that talks about it. Hard to find because it's part of another thread. I'll help search and try and find it also.

Yes, tinting them will help hide the condensation, but how much would depend on how dark you go.

Just rememder, by doing this, if you get rear ended, you can be held reliable for it because of altering the light output.
