Tie rods/ Lower Control Arms - replace them all?

I have a 2000 GTP with 125K+ miles. Last weekend I got new tires and had the alignment checked. They told me that I need to replace a control arm bushing on the left side and a tie rod on the right side.

I don't want to spend too much on this, but do want it fixed the right way. Would it be okay to only replace the left lower control arm assembly and right outer tie rod? Or should I go ahead and replace both control arms and all inner/outer tie rods because they might need it soon anyway?

Is there a good write up for tie rod replacement, and how much tougher is it to replace the inners if doing the outers anyway?

Thanks!

May as well replace them while you're in there. If one side needs replacing then the other side is probably going to need replacing soon to.

If your tight on money there is nothing wrong with just changing the bad CA and TR. Otherwise it is a good idea to do all of it esp if you are going for a alignment anyways.

The car will love ya, all new front end and freshly aligned! Yeah Buddy!
