Um... Lowes/Homedepot/Autozone sells wire.

you're also not going to find the proper temp rating/jacketing either.

most of the wire you buy @ autozone etc uses cheap insulation, not ideal for underhood stuff.

i dont think they have every gm color, but painless performace has a LOT of wire colors, available in smaller spools
