Ticking/squeaking sound plus trans popping?

I'm not sure what section this belongs in, but I've got more noises coming from the front end of my car. Right now I have a popping and squeaking sound comming from the passenger side only when I'm coasting. I'm 85% sure that its the hub going bad but I recently replaced my driver's side axle and now whenever shifting into park or reverse, the trans makes a popping sound. I just want to make sure that these aren't related and maybe get some input on the popping? I've only seen 1 or 2 threads talking about them and I can't find them.

Haha true. I'm actually on stock suspension for the moment while I'm sorting out the my new struts. I was also wondering if maybe the vinnie spacers could have a big impact since they are now raising the engine higher than stock?

Might be motor mounts or control arm bushings.
