throttle position sensor

so i just got my headers installed and noticed at idle my car would rev to 3000 rpms, and when i get into full throttle my DIC would completely go black, and my scan gauge is reading 0.1 pounds of boost at idle and my other boost gauge is reading -6 so im thinkin its a TPS and before i go spend 50 bucks can i just clean it with carb cleaner or something and try that out?

why do you think its the tps? sounds more like a vaccum leak to me
