throttle body on gen v sc on l67 engine

i keeping my l67 engine but i am swapping superchargers from the gen III to the gen v.. i heard you have to mess with the throttle body, but i do not know what all my options are... any help or input is appreciated.
 


Also im thinking about putting 1.9 roller rockers, i was going to ask if anybody knew about those and what manufacture to get it from, plus i want to find out about cold air intakes and i want to know which is the best one. I also need to find out if i need to change the intake manifold and which one because im putting a gen v supercharger on my l67. Lastly i want to put a stage 2 intercooler on my car, i want to find out more info about that.
