• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Thought this was funny - some people can be so cheap

The brakes in my 99 Grand Prix recently failed.
Last year to replace the lines was upwards of $400, even when cost of the parts was only $40.

I'm looking for someone with references (friends, family) who can vouch for your abilities. I don't want to hire just anyone because brakes are important!

I'm offering cost of parts obviously, plus $40 for your time.

If you do good work I will hire you again for it's other issues!

my mechanic happens to be my best friend's girlfriend's dad... he patched a brake line in my truck twice for free before it took a sh!t

it was a 16 year old rust bucket, i wasn't paying to replace the whole thing. i'm not entirely sure what he did. He said something like he cut out the rusted part, cut a piece to fit, and used something to attach it in place. whatever it was it worked, it was a different line that broke the second time
