Thought cruise wont work with abs light on?

My abs and tcs lights are both on and I havent found the problem yet, Tried a new/used moduel, pump is working, and replaced both switches that contact the brake under the dash. All speed sensors seem to read fine when hooked to the scanner.

For some reason my cruise will work some day's and other's it wont. From what I red, if these light are on the cruise wont work??

Any help or thing's to check would be great because im stumped.

I wonder why it only works every once in awhile then.

its probably would cruise control goin bad or something, like i said, my lights have been on forever, and cruise works fine every day

whats most common to go out on the cruise control that would cause it to do this?

third brake light. i think if a bulbs burned out it stops the cruise control

Im just wondering if the front moduel under the hood goes out or the switch on the steering colum. It's not the third brake light because sometimes it work's
