Those that have installed the transgo kit

Im in the middle of putting together the channel plates on my 4t65e build and im putting together the 3-4 accumulator and the trans go kit comes with two springs to replace the ones that are in the the accumulator. The springs supplied by transgo are shorter than the ones that came stock and Im curious if this is correct or if i am missing something here.

by having shorter springs the piston goes down farther that it did stock and i don't know if this adversely effects the function. am i being paranoid or is there something screwey here.
 


I don't really recall what they looked like when I did mine last year. I have a picture of them if you want to compare them to yours

 
talked to dave about it and he said that they are the correct springs even though they sit a little lower. Ill just stick with the shorter lenght for now.
