This look OK?

After changing my axle and tie rod end this is what it looks like now all the time. Does this seem right?

More specific - the tie rod end. Sorry it was late when I posted.

what? the end of the axle does flex like that..

That one bar? Can you be more specific? As far as the axle flex, I think thats because its jacked up with nothing supporting the A-arm. Any other opinions are welcome.

im not sure. the axle looks fine. id have to look at my tie rod end to see if mine is at an angle like that.

If we're talking about the tie rod end, is the boot separated from the rod? I can't tell from the pic, but if it's not, I wouldn't worry about it too much. You should be able to reach in there and rotate it back.
