Well, this has been bugging me for a little bit. I register to a thread so i can recieve an email when somebody replies... Well If I was the last person to make a post or If i made a post in my own thread it sends me a message saying I was the last to post! BAH!! I know i posted! you dont have to tell me.... The other thing is... Sometimes I will get an email the next day when someone replies... when they replied an hour after i posted or something... so can this even be fixed?

I believe that the emails are sent daily..... I'll let the admin answer this one.

emails can be changed in your user cpu.

i've always gotten my update emails everyday at 1 am
