Hell...they all are already. Only difference is they aren't giving it up (that we know of) yet.

They'll do the opposite so they can pay for the servers needed to do so.

Make the dealer do it like they do now.

They won't enforce it on anything before the date the law passes, so if you drive older cars, you're grandfathered in.

true, but say something dumb, or text a kid nude, then get investigated, then you will be locked up, see how that works?

its not like they scan for a problem, they just hold on to them forever these days. to have, so it can be used against you later on.

they should do last 15 minutes on a motorcycle and see how it works before slapping it in production cars.
