The Picture

Can someone please tell me how to put a picture next to my name? Like when reply to a thread, your names on the left, then everyone (but me) have a girl or their car under their name? Thats what im looking to do.. When in go into my profile, there is " customize profile" but that doesnt work..

Sorry if its been asked but im a blonde so.

Upper left corner next to where it says "Welcome, thekidinbuff", click settings. Then edit avatar.

The picture has to be really small too.
