• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Thank you all who put time and effort into this build, it's not finished but it is now at a major milestone and I really appreciate your help. I'll name drop a few that really helpped along the way:

Keifer
Bob Johnson
dayday
Tim King

It would not be running if not for your help!

I would not be honest if I told you it started without issues. It started, but it wasn't happy about it. Missing, sputtering, backfiring, etc. I was so tired I didn't even bother troubleshooting. I called Tim King and he asked, what he thought was a dumb question, "Are the plug wires on correctly"? I checked them, NOPE, 3 and 5 were switched. Once we fixed that, this is what happened:

I couldn't be happier right now. I still need to watch for leaks and top off a few fluids, but I think she's just about ready for front wheels :)

Holy sweet baby jesus!!! That is mad lookin Vinnie!!! I see you did something different with the snout? Unlike some of the M112's setups with that big midblock added, it looks like you modified the snout instead? Looks and sounds great!!

I took a look at your Photobucket shots of the car, I noticed you changed the linkage on teh rear end, what did you put in there if I may ask? It looks great!!! And I still love your tranny cooler!! That is the coolest lookin thing out there!! And your rerouted Oil Filter in the front is a new location.

Great work sir!!!

Thank you all! I'm so excited right now I can't even sleep!

The rear lateral arems are from W Body Store - Don't Take SLOW for an answer! and took about 1hr 45 min to do the install of both sets and it was my first time doing it.

I still have to scan tranny temps to see if it's even worth it. I completely eliminated the stock cooler so that is all that's taking care of the fluid. The part I love is when the bumper cover goes back on you can see it still through the upper grills :)

Easy oil changes my friend! All I need to do reach up under the bumper and unscrew it. No mess, boogger filter, PITA to install :(

I think this picture explains it the best. :D

Looks, and sounds awesome. Good job.

Dude thats pretty bad ass, congrats on the upgrade.

Sometimes the smallest things can drive you nuts, your not the first to switch plug wires around. Had to drive over to others houses before cause they are smart, and mechanically inclined and all, but couldn't figure out the problem...turns out they usually have #2 and #4 plug wires switched on the plugs as one example.

Hey Vinnie, i'm checking out your photobucket pictures, I was wondering, where did you get the overflow at? I've been looking for something like that but i'll be damned if I can find anything like that through Summit or Jegs, let me know! Thanks!

Ebay brother. Get the 10" x 2" if you can find it. I'll look around tonght for you and post eh link here for you if I find it.

P.S. Thank you for all the cool comments everyone. I means a lot. I put a LOT of hours into this build.

Sweet thanks man! I think i'll buy it here in a bit. Tell me, I assume this is the shortest one you can get? The price is nice, ALOT cheaper than summit or jegs and more compact...

I got the longer 13 or 15" one and wished Igot the 10" immediatly. I'll be be buying a 10" here soon to replacemine with since I broke the mounting bracket I made dropping the engine in anyway.

your long hours of building is worth it! that thing sound throaty as hell i'm jealous. looks like you have a towing hitch on the back why?

No problem. If you need pics of how I installed it just let me know and I'll post them up.. The hardest part I'm having is finding something to go from 3/8" to 1/4" hose to keep it from leaking.

So many long hours.....i love it though.

To tow of course. Being Military I moved a lot and got tired of throwing away all my garage chemicals and cleaning supplies the movers wouldn't take so I bought a 3'x3' trailer to tow stuff. It's really small but works great for taking a compressor, tools, etc to the track.

Mainly I keep it on over the winter in case I get stuck in a ditch or something so I can put a tow chai or rope on it easier.

Hummmmm, really? I wonder what i'll need to do about this. Thats all I need is another leaky catch can (running a cheap ass Oreilly special currently). I should of thought of that...
