well here it is, finally got around to pulling the motor. 1994 Firehawk #108 of 500. Paid all of 2k for it from a junkyard. When I bought it, the guy said it had an overheating issue, so when my buddy pulled the heads definetly blown head gasket. motor has 180,000 miles on it and cylinder 7 and 8 walls were just a lil scratched so its getting bored, gonna get a cam and couple other things here and there. Enjoy the pics, im the big guy in the maroon shirt

this is really only the problem with is the clear coat is coming off

interior is really clean but it could use a good shampoo

A bit rough around the edges but seems like a fun project to take on. Kudos for saving it and not seeing it parted out or rusted in the junkyard.

I think it was a great find. The car sat for 3 years completely untouched til I picked it up. When we took off the lim. It looked like it hasn't even had an oil change in 5

rebuilding the lt1 for right now than looking for a ls1 so we can do a low compression turbo build ls1 once I get comfortable with the car. but definetly keeping it a numbers matching car.
