We only log in here about once a week (sometimes less), so we may not get to answer your questions right away. We do encourage your posts in here, but if an immediate response to something is required, please definitely email us and we can respond timely.
Unless there is something emergent keeping us out of the office for a day, direct emails are responded to the same or next day (never more than 48 business hours).
