Tensioner Pulley

Looking for help with installation of a tensioner pulley on a 2008 Grand Prix GXP. Any suggestions? It seemed to come out okay, but is not lining up now?
 


Same pulley was bought correct?

Kinda hard to help with these type of problems, would kinda have to have my hands on the part/bolt to see what your dealing with.
 
what do you mean not lining up ? When you tighten the bolt is the pully out too far and the belt comes off ?
