Switchback Turn Signal Help

I recently put some switchback LEDs in my turn signals and I put in a new ep28 relay in the middle spot to fix the hyper flash problem BUT when my running lights are on (switch in the up position) the white LEDs are on (like there supposed to) and I go to use the turn signal the white LEDs don't turn off only the amber ones flash, I thought it was supposed to switch between white and amber?
 


did you try switching them around in the housing? Did you turn the parking lights on? DId you put the old relay in and see if they the white turns on at least?
 
If I switch the bulb around it doesn't work at all, with the parking lights on and using the turn signals the white lights are always on, with the old relay it hyper flashes
 
That's what I think happened too oh well they were only $7 and still look good as white running lights
 
some sets leave the white on while the amber flashes, other sets don't.

i have the other kind. the amber flashes and no white is on.
