swapping a 4t60e for a 4t65e

got a 97 grand prix se which im putting a 98 gt tranny in, (swapping the 4t60e for a 4t65e) and was wondering is the wire harness and pcm the only things i need to swap? im assuming the pcm is somewhere under the dash...is this assumption correct?

The PCM is actually located in the airbox, right before the air filter. I guess that was GMs way of keeping the thing cool at the expense of a less restrictive intake. I currently have the same problem on a 97 GT. Keep me posted on your progress. Might be a route for me to take.
