Suspension Replacements

I'm looking at replacing pretty much all of the suspension components on my 04. I was just wondering what all I would need for the rear. In the front i'm ordering new Moog LCA's, inner and outer tie rods and I have already replaced the sway bar end links with Moog's as well. Should I replace anything else under there? What bushings do I need to add to the list? In the rear so far I have ordered the sway bar end links and that's it.

What exactly do the trailing arms do? Are those like the equivalent to the LCA's in the front?

Sort of. Fixed pivot points for rear tires.
