I posted in the general tech but i seem to think i have a tcc problem. I checked the codes and had a p0446 again which is the evap and i put a new solenoid in so i am not sure on that but i got a p0742 which seems to be a death code. I have kinda dirty fluid due to lack of time to change it and i have about 30000 miles on the last filter. I never had any codes and was getting a surging like it was not staying locked in or something. I had it stay locked in and shift hard and early. I cleared the codes and it's shifting normal again but it still has a funny flutter in the rpms like from 1500-2250 for a minute then it goes to normal and after a while it does it again. If i step on it and shift it down it won't do that. I have no slippage issues and no trans stopping working issues. I drive 90 miles round trip to work a day and it has been doing this for at least a month. Does this seem like the end of the trans symptom to anyone with more experience with gp's.
