Supercharger whine sounds...odd

I know exactly how it should sound when i get to higher rpms, but it sounds like somethings stopping it from having a pure whine sound. Is this cause my coupler is bad?(I do have the rolling marbles/rock sound) and my car has over 120k miles. Its the stock pulley and everything, it just seems like something isn't fully spinning without jumping up or down or..something.

I'm sorry this is so hard to explain, maybe its just me hearing things.

Yeah... Replace the coupler. My buddy had a bad coupler and it would almost grab causing a miss... It was bad.
