Supercharger vacuum block?

I broke the little vacuum block on the top of the blower, just to the left of the throttle body. It's round and has 3 vacuum lines coming off of it, two bolts hold it down. I think it's number 9 but I can't find a better picture or even an actual name. lol
Any names or better yet, places to buy would be really appreciated.

Yep, #9 it is. That is the vacuum tree. Also called the booster cap by some.

Best place to grab one is out of the junkyard, or ask around if anyone has a spare (Im sure someone here does)
