supercharger screech

Hi guys,

when i turn my car on and the temp of the air and engine is cold, my supercharger sounds like it makes a funky screeching sound. or at least i think its my supercharger. It goes away when the engine gets warm. i noticed it doing it towards the end of the cold season last year in like feb or mar and then it went away when the warm seasons hit. now that its 30 degrees in the morning i'm noticing it again. what do you guys think?

If it's a screech like a bearing type screech... fix the pulley that is bad.
