Wanting to do more to my stock series 2 3.8 v6 supercharged, ive heard you have to machine down the supercharger when you choose to use a smaller pulley system. Can someone explain to me how low you can go before you need to machine down the supercharger and if i was to go lower than that size, what else would i need to do to be able to support a smaller pulleysystem

Check the threads, there's a "Safely Modding Thread"... Will tell you a lot of what you want to know. Answering one question will just lead to others, all contained within that thread. Read it, then read it again... : )
 
You don't need to machine down the snout until trying to put on a 2.8" pulley..and by then..you'll know a ton more. Happy motoring.
